These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Yaniv Battle! mobile application ("the App"), developed and operated by Aryeh Grosskopf ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is available to users of all ages. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Yaniv Battle! is a digital card game available on iOS and Android. The App includes single-player (against computer opponents) and multiplayer modes. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time.

The App features an in-game virtual currency ("Coins") that is earned through gameplay. Coins can be spent on cosmetic items within the App (such as avatar customisations and card backs). Coins have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real currency, and are non-transferable.
The App offers optional paid subscriptions ("Yaniv Pro") that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are processed and managed entirely by Apple (via the App Store) or Google (via Google Play). By subscribing, you also agree to the applicable store's terms of service.
We may modify, add, or remove features available to free or subscribed users. If we materially reduce the features available under an active subscription, you may cancel your subscription for a refund of the unused portion by contacting the relevant app store.
The App may display advertisements from third-party ad networks. Ad content is provided by those third parties and we do not endorse or guarantee any advertised product or service. Where required by law, we will obtain your consent before ad-related tracking occurs.
Player names and avatar configurations are visible to other users. By choosing a player name or customising your avatar, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display that content within the App (including on leaderboards and during multiplayer games). You retain ownership of any content you create.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
The App integrates with third-party services (including the Apple App Store and Google Play). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us at aryeh2007@googlemail.com. We will process your request within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Upon termination, your licence to use the App ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 10, 11, and 16) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident in another jurisdiction, nothing in this section affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
